Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers in the EU can still get free help from their national European Consumer Centre.
