1. Acceptance
These terms form the agreement between you and Jun Li ("we", "us") regarding the use of stilltimeto.com and its sub-pages (the "site"). By accessing or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Age requirement
The site is intended for people aged 15 and over. Where your country sets a higher age for consenting to information society services on your own (13 to 16 across EU Member States), that age applies. The site is not offered to children.
3. What the service is
The site offers a number of time calculations based on figures you type in, plus a list kept in your own browser. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
4. Your content
The text you enter and the photos you add remain yours. They are stored on your device; we neither receive them nor claim any rights in them, and consequently we cannot back them up or restore them. Keeping a copy of anything important is up to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site to harass, intimidate or humiliate anyone, or to publish another person's information without their agreement;
- scrape or copy the site at scale by automated means, or place an unreasonable load on the servers;
- attempt to circumvent or break the security of the site or of any third-party service;
- reverse engineer or alter the pages in order to publish falsified output as if it came from the site;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are.
6. Intellectual property
The source code, interface design, illustrations, copy and branding of the site (including the Still Time and 还来得及 names and marks) are protected by copyright and trade mark law and are owned by or licensed to Jun Li. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Share card images you generate using the site's features are yours to save, post and share freely, including on your own social media.
7. Third-party content and advertising
The site may display third-party advertising or link to other websites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Any dealings between you and an advertiser or third-party site are solely between you and that party.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The figures the site produces are simplified estimates based on statistical averages and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice — see the Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, loss of profit or emotional distress arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. We are not liable for content lost because you cleared your browser data, changed device or used a private window.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer law, including EU consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
9. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when published on this page and carries the date of the update. Continued use of the site means you accept it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the place of establishment of Jun Li, without prejudice to the protection afforded to you as a consumer by the mandatory law of your country of residence.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
